I've never liked those hilltribe roses that have been 100% plated in gold. So I've been trying my gold brushing onto these roses for quite a few and I'm quite satisfied with the results. Yes, they look "glitter-razzied" close up but from afar, they look like antiqued roses.
For thousands of years, artisans have fashioned beautiful, functional jewelry for people to treasure. Born of practical needs – to fasten clothing, to store valuables – jewelry became a method to demonstrate status, to honour gods and express personal style.
Aden Angier uses these same principles to create her line of elegant, modern jewelry inspired by ancient sensibilities.
Using clever twists of sterling silver wires of different gauges, Aden create signature designs which are both luxurious and practical.
